摘要
气吸式播种机是国内外播种机械的发展趋势之一,其具有省种、不伤种、对种子尺寸要求不严、适应力强、易于实现单粒精播和作业速度高等许多优点。为此,对气吸式排种器工作性能影响参数进行了理论分析,并应用正交试验的方法研究排种盘转速和真空室气压变化对排种性能的影响。试验表明:影响排种性能的主要因素是排种盘转速和真空室气压。
In this paper, the influencing parameter of working performance of air-suction metering device was analyzed theoretically. The effects of the speed of planter plate and vacuum degree on seeding performance were studied by orthogonal experiments. It indicates that the order of primary and secondary factor affecting planting seeds is rotation speed of planting plate, pressure of planting.
