摘要
分析了首都交通办案管理的现状和流程,对交通事故信息系统的提出和建设设计思路作了总并结合技术关键技术进行了可行性分析,对系统试运行阶段的效果进行了总体评价。
The essay analyzes the current state and work flow as to dealing with traffic cases in Beijing. It elaborates on the proposal and design scenarios of the traffic incident information system. A feasibility study is carried out on the basis of key technologies and a general evaluation is also made on the system＇s trial performance.
