T波电交替现象:一项强有力的评估心脏病患者预后的无创指标 被引量：17

摘要 T波电交替(TWA)是指在规整的心律时,体表心电图上T波形态、极性和振幅在相邻心搏出现交替变化的现象,其与恶性室性心律失常以及心源性猝死之间有着极为密切的联系。TWA的检测方法有频域分析和时域分析方法。其发生机制尚不太清楚,可能与离子通道、跨壁复极离散度、神经调节等有关,影响因素有心率异位节律、噪声和干扰等。临床试验证实,TWA对恶性室性心律失常事件的预测价值与有创的电生理检测价值相似。
