摘要
针对混凝土生产过程所产生的残渣、废料(包括清理搅拌机、运输车及施工现场剩余混凝土等)和清洗混凝土运输车用水(混凝土溶液CL)造成的环境污染和不良影响,通过采取分离、回收残渣用以配制再生混凝土予以解决。再生混凝土与正常配制基准混凝土物理力学性能对比和工程应用证明:应用再生混凝土具有可靠的技术保证和良好的经济效益,可供同类企业参考。
To solve the environmental problem and bad effect in clearing the leaving and waste materials in concrete producing, pug mill, transport vehicle and scrappy concrete in job site, and to treat the water (concrete solution C1) for clearing con. crete transport vehicle, we separate and recycle the leaving to mixing recycled concrete. Comparison on the mechanism performance and construction application between recycled concrete and ordinary concrete show that recycled concrete application is based on credible technology insurance and perfect economic effectiveness.
