闭合性肝损伤52例诊断与治疗分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析闭合性肝破裂外科多种干预治疗的效果。方法总结1998年10月至2003年10月本院收治闭合性肝破裂52例。非手术治疗18例,手术治疗34例;手术方法包括单纯修补、填塞修补、清创性肝切除、肝周填塞止血。结果非手术组17例治愈;手术34例中治愈31例,死亡3例,其中术中死亡2例。结论手术是治疗闭合性肝破裂的主要措施,但应根据具体情况,采取简单有效、个性化手术治疗方案;非手术治疗适用于轻型单纯肝破裂。
