摘要
现实中,教学价值缺失和意义贫困的种种表现,根源于教师课堂教学方法选择上对主体需要的漠视和遗忘以及对主体需要满足和引导上的不足。基于教育具有个体需要满足的功能的命题,教学方法可以认为是尊重、引导、促进和增强教师和学生主体需要满意度的教与学的方式。因此,课堂教学中,教学方法的选择和选用应从师生主体需要的维度进行考虑。
In the real life the lack of teaching value and meaning can find its root causes in the teacher' s ignorance and forgetfulness of subject need when selecting the teaching methods in the classroom and in satisfying and guiding the subject need inadequately. Because education has the function of satisfying the individual need, teaching methods can be regarded as the teaching and learning ways of respecting, guiding, promoting and strengthening the satisfaction of teachers and students as the subject. Therefore, we should consider the need of teachers and students as the subject in selecting the teaching methods in the classroom.
