摘要
采用不同结构类型的反应型乳化剂应用于苯丙微皂乳液的聚合,讨论了聚合方式、乳化剂的结构类型和用量等对乳液聚合及性能的影响。借助DSC、粒径分布仪、FT-IR、拉力机、TEM等仪器及分析技术对制得的苯丙乳液的性能进行表征分析,发现通过半连续核壳乳液聚合方式,采用合适的反应型乳化剂复配体系,可以制备出综合性能优异,粒径小于100 nm的苯丙微皂乳液。
Various reactive emulsifiers are used for polymerization of styrene/acrylic microsoap-containing emulsion.The influence of polymerization approaches,structures and amount of reactive emulsifiers on emulsion polymerization and its performance is discussed.The properties of emulsions are characterized by use of DSC,particle size analyzer,FT-IR,tensiometer and TEM.It is found that semi-continuous core-shell polymerization process and proper reactive emulsifier hybrid system will result in excellent styrene/acrylic microsoap-containing emulsion with particle lower than 100 nm.
