摘要
招投标竞争的核心是价格竞争。根据我国建筑行业招投标的现状,对经评审的最低价中标的特点和存在的问题进行了讨论,提出保证经评审的最低价中标应采取的措施。
The core of the bidding competition is the competition of the price. According to the present situation of the bidding in our country＇s construction industry, this paper discusses on the features and existing problems of winning the bid at the lowest evaluated price, and puts forward some measures that should be taken for winning the bid at the lowest evaluated price.
