摘要
Ｔ管滑脱或拔除后引起的胆汁性腹膜炎，目前临床上仍时有发生。我院近两年来共收治此类病人１２例。其中１０例经腹腔穿刺置管等保守治疗后痊愈，剖腹置管２例中１例死亡。本文对Ｔ管滑脱或拔除后引起胆汁性腹膜炎的发生原因、治疗方法和预防措施进行了探讨，还指出开发新型Ｔ管的重要性。
Bile peritonitis which occurs after the olisthy or the removal of T-tube is clinically seen from time to time. In the recent two years,we have treated 12 patients of this kind.Among them,10 cases were cured through non-operative therapies,such as transabdominal paracentesis and catheterization.One of the two patients treated by laparotomy and drainage died.The causes,treatment and prevention of this disease are discussed in this article,The necessity of developing a new type of T-tube is emphasized.
