摘要
列举了建筑物砌筑墙体常见裂缝的症状,分析了其形成的原因,从防水性能、抗剪强度、设置伸缩缝和沉降缝等方面介绍了裂缝的控制措施,以提高建筑物墙体外观效果,避免外墙渗漏。
The features of cracks in masonry wall are listed. Based upon analysis of their causing reasons practical control measures are introduced from waterproofing performance, shearing strength, the setting of expansion joint and settlement joint and other aspects in order to ensure appearance quality of wall and eliminate outside-wall leakage.
