摘要
研究了甲苯胺蓝(TB)聚合膜修饰金电极的制备及其电化学性质,并用于抗坏血酸(AA)的测定.在pH 6.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,AA在甲苯胺蓝修饰金电极上产生一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与AA的浓度在3.9×10-5~1.0×10-2mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.3×10-5mol/L.该电极重现性良好,已用于实际样品中AA的测定.
Fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of a toluidine blue modified Au electrode were investigated. The electrode was applied to the determination of ascorbic acid. In PBS buffer of pH 6.5, a sensitive oxidation peak was observed. The current is proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 3.9 × 10^-5 - 1.0 × 10^-2 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.3 × 10^-5 mol/L. The modified electrode has a good-repeatability. It has been applied to the quantitative determination of ascorbic acid in tablets.
