摘要
分析了CAPP与PPC之间的联系和区别,将它们的功能模块重新分解,建立了基于并行工程的集成优化模型。并以生产率为优化目标,计算每一种工艺方案的平衡期望值,动态优化多条工艺路线,从而获得了最优的工艺路线。
The difference and contact between CAPP and PPC was analyzed, and by compartmentalizing their function, the integration optimal model based on concurrent engineering was presented. The arithmetic of balanceable expectation of every process, and dynamic optimization of multi - process, and the way of obtaining optimal process were introduced.
