Controlling Technique of Drodophila melanogaster Meigen in Red Bayberry

摘要 2004年在贵州贵阳国家农业科技园区对杨梅果蝇(Drosophilamelanogaster Meigen)进行防治新技术示范。结果表明,5月中下旬对果园除草后随即喷施18%辛·氯微乳剂,防效达81.82%。6月上中旬用1.82%胺·氯菊酯重烟剂喷烟防治,在药后24h时对果蝇成虫的防效达90.00%~80.00%,48h时防效81.82%~61.54%;对幼虫的控制效果:鲜果为87.64%~85.71%,落地果为85.94%~58.97%。药后48h,果实农药残留符合产品安全标准。 The demonstration tests on controlling Drodophila melanogaster Meigen in Red bayberry were taken in the agricultural science and technology district of Guiyang in 2004. The results showed that the control efficacy was up to 81. 82% by using 18% Phoxim Cypermethrin MF after weeding from the second ten days to the last ten days of May. The efficacy of 1.82% Tramethrin Penmethrin FV to control adults were from 80.00% to 90.00% at 24 h after spraying and 61.54% to 81.82% at 48 h, after spraying respectively in the first and second ten days of June. Meanwhile, the efficacy to control larve is from 85. 71% to 87.64% for fresh fruits, 58. 97% to 85.94% for fruit drops. The maximum pesticide resiclue in fruits sprayed insecticide meets the safety standard at forty-eight hours aftre spraying insecticide.
