摘要
分析渐开线花键冷滚轧原理,根据滚轧过程中滚轧轮与花键之间的运动关系,运用等升距螺旋面的形成原 理,建立滚轧轮的理论设计模型,获得了滚轧轮的理论设计廓形曲线方程;针对冷滚轧过程中弹塑性变形对滚轧 轮理论设计模型的影响,通过试验研究,提出运用试验计算法进行修正的修正方案,得到了满足生产实际要求的 滚轧轮设计模型;开发出渐开线花键滚轧轮CAD系统及滚轧轮磨削仿真系统,对系统中的主要算法进行了研究。 生产实际应用表明:所建立的滚轧轮设计模型及设计模型修正方案正确,开发的渐开线花键滚轧轮CAD系统及 滚轧轮磨削仿真系统实用,解决了渐开线花键轴生产中亟待解决的问题。
The principle of cold rolling for involute spline is analyzed. Based on the relation of mesh of roller spline, the design model of roller is proposed using the producing principle of ascending equidistance. And the equation of theoretical design contour curve is acquired. According to experiment data, the amendment method by the experiment is introduced and the roller design model can meet the actual demand in manufacturing. The roller CAD system is developed for the involute spline and the roller simulation system is built. The main algorithm is researched. Actual application shows that the corrections of the roller design model and the amend method are correct, and the roller CAD system and the simulation system are effective. It meets the urgent need in the spline roller manufacturing.
