摘要
以云南小黄姜冻干粉为试材,采用国产超临界流体萃取设备,围绕超临界流体萃取技术中物料颗粒度、萃取温度、时间和压力等主要工艺条件对姜精油提取率的影响进行了研究。实验发现,姜粉粒径为0.3mm时萃取率最高,达到1.94%;压力<25MPa时,萃取率与压力呈正相关;升高温度能够显著提高萃取率,萃取温度在30℃时萃取率达到最高(1.704%);萃取率随萃取时间的延长而显著增加。
Some main conditions effects on the extraction of the ginger essential oil by supercriticai fluid carbon dioxide were studied, including material grind degree, temperature, pressure and time during extraction. The result were the optimal diameter was 0.3mm, the yield of extraction could be 1.94% ;there was a positive correlation between the yield of extraction and the pressure while it was under 25MPa;the yield of extraction was remarkably enhanced when the temperature rises and it could be 1.704% at 30℃;the yield of extraction was remarkably enhanced when the time of extraction prolongs.
