摘要
介绍了知识管理的定义和企业信息化内涵,从企业信息化的角度出发,以知识管理的理念,构建了企业信息系统框架,旨在对信息及专业技能的系统开发和利用,改进和提高企业部门之间的创新能力、响应能力、和员工的技能素质,并提出了实施知识管理策略的步骤,即推行企业知识编码化、建立知识库、完善企业知识网络、指出了存在于企业信息化与知识管理的认识误区,对企业有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper introducs the definition of Knowledge Management and the concept of Enterprise Informationalization. On the basis of Knowledge Management the author constructs the framework of enterprise information system in order to develop and utilize the information and technology , improving the capability of innovation and response of enterprise＇s departments and workers. At last author puts forword the steps of applying strategies ： knowledge codification.the construction of knowledge warehouse and the improvement of knowledge network, which will help enterprises enhance their competitive capability.
