摘要
目的研究在急性颅脑外伤的状态下雌二醇(E2)对受损皮层异常放电的影响.方法以SD大鼠按Feeney氏法制作重型颅脑外伤模型并放置左皮层—左海马记录电极,分别于腹腔注射雌二醇(E2)、地塞米松(DXM)和生理盐水(NS),连续4d记录脑电图(EEG).结果E2治疗组EEG表现为痫性放电增加,频率和动作电位峰值均明显高于传统药物DXM治疗组,类似单纯外伤组的情况.结论颅脑外伤后给予雌二醇(E2)能引起或加重受损皮层的异常放电.
Objective Study the influence of the injured cortex's paradoxical discharge by estradiol that under the acute craniocerebral trauma. Methods Used SD rats to make serious craniocerebral trauma's model, placed recording electrode into left cortex and hippocampus according the Feeney' s method ", administrated estradiol( E2), dexamethasone( DXM), nomlal sodium( NS)respontaneously by intraperitoneal injection. Recorded the electroencephalogram (EEG) continuously for 4 days. Results E2 - treated group's EEG display the epileptiform discharge had increased, the frequency and active potential are obviously higher than DXM - treated group' s, like the status of simple - trauma group' s. Conclusion Administrated estradiol(E2)following craniocerebral trauma would cause or aggravate paradoxical discharge in the injured cortex' s.
