摘要
对连作3年和18年的大棚黄瓜进行土壤营养状况、根系活力及其根际土壤酶活性的研究.其结果表明,1)连作3年的大棚黄瓜土壤营养状况好于连作18年的大棚黄瓜营养状况;2)连作3年的大棚黄瓜根系侧根多而细长,连作18年的大棚黄瓜根系侧很少而粗短;3)连作3年的大棚黄瓜根系活力、根际土壤转化酶活性显著高于连作18年的大棚黄瓜根系活力及其根际土壤转化酶的活性.
The nutritional condition of soil,root vitality and cnzyme activity in the soil were studies in the plastic greenhouse cueumbers continuously cropped for 3 or 18 years and the results indicated that:1) The nutritional condition in the soil in ahich a 3-year continuous eropping was performed was better than that in the soil where the greenhouse cucumbers were cropped conitnuously fof 18 ycars;2) The lateral roots in the greenhouse in the greenhouse cucumber of countinuous cropping for 3 years were numerous and slender,whereas those in the cucum ber of 18-year continuous cropping were less numerous, short and thick;3) The root vitality and the activity of the enzyme,transferase,in the peri-root soil for the cucumber of 3-year continuous cropping were significantly higher than those for the 18-year continuously cropped cucumbers.
