摘要 研究苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ对小鼠血清的脂质过氧化损伤,为苏丹红对人体造成影响提供一定的实验依据.用分光光度法进行血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)的测定.苏丹红Ⅲ中MDA、SOD与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异,苏丹红Ⅳ低剂量组MDA、GSH与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异.苏丹红Ⅲ能够造成小鼠脂质过氧化损伤,抗氧化酶活性降低,细胞膜功能受损. To study the damage of lipid peroxidation by Sudan Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ on serum of mice , and to provide experimental evidence for the influence of Sudan on human body. Activities of malonic aldehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion (GSH) in serum were determined with spectrophotometry. There was significant difference in activities of MDA and SOD between Sudan Ⅲ and control groups, and the same in activities of MDA and GSH between Sudan Ⅳ and control groups. Sudan Ⅲ could result in the damage of lipid peroxidation, the decrease of the activity of antioxidase, impairment of cytomembrane function.
