介绍一种以 MSP430单片机为核心，配上简单使用的外围电路构成的小型智能测速仪。存设计 上充分利用了单片机的内部资源，以满足仪表对最小微机系统的设计要求。基本上做到了最优化和最小化设 计。
An introduction to take MSP430 single chip as the core, fitted with a simple used outer circuit to from a mini-intelligent tachometer. The internal source wthin the single chip was fully utilized so as to meet design requirements of the most minimized computer system for the instrument. It basically realized most optimistic and minimized design.
