摘要
通过分析和研究湖北电网运行备用容量的基本情况,提出电网运行备用容量管理控制的方案和建议,以提高电网风险管理水平,指导电力系统的安全、稳定、经济运行。
This paper focus on reserve capacity of Hubei power grid. The management and control of power grid reserve capacity is presented, It will raise the level of risk management, and ensure the safe, steady, and economic running of power system.
