摘要
介绍了聚合物冻胶体系延迟交联作用机理,并针对深部调剖技术要求,研制一种高效延迟交联剂配方,使聚丙烯酰胺堵剂冻胶的成胶时间在3~6天。该堵剂具有可泵性好,交联时间可控,成胶后强度高、对人造岩心封堵率大等特点,可用于深部调剖。
The cross-linking mechanisms of polymer gel system is introduced. A high-efficiency delayed cross-linking agent formulation has been developed, which can permits 3 - 6 days for the gel formation of HPAM. The blocking agent is good for pump delivery and controllable in cross-linking duration, high in strength of formed gel and blocking rate of man-made cores. It can be used in the oll fields.
