摘要
综合近年来对柚类种质资源的研究报道,阐述柚类种质资源的概貌,分子标记与柚类研究,总结了RAPD分子标记技术在柚类种质资源分类和鉴定、遗传相互关系、遗传多样性等方面的研究情况.
According to the recent reports of pomelo germplasm, its basical characteristics, moeularlabeling and the research of Citrus, and RAPD way used in its classfication and identification, genetic relationship among varieties and biodiversity were briefly summarized.
