Foaming Technology of Biodegradable PHB Foamed Plastics

摘要 用生物可降解材料聚3-羟基丁酸酯制备发泡材料,替代不可降解的合成高分子发泡材料。选择氧化锌作该体系发泡助剂,降低发泡剂分解温度、发气量,满足产品要求。该发泡产品经过技术检测满足使用要求,并具有完全生物降解性能,解决环境污染。 Non-degradable synthesized polymer materials were replaced by biodegradable polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) in the preparation of foamed materials. Zinc oxide was used as foaming auxiliary agent for the foaming system, which could lower the decomposition temperature and blowing gas of the foaming agent, met the requirement of product. The results of technical tests showed the prepared foamed products could meet the needs for application, being full biodegradable and pollution-free.
