全氟磺酸离子膜的结构与应用研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 简述了全氟磺酸离子交换膜(PFSIEM)的分子结构和微观结构模型,特别是全氟磺酸离子交换树脂(PFSIER)的三相结构、“三明治”模型及“离子簇网络结构”模型等;重点论述了PFSIEM在氯碱电解、燃料电池、渗透汽化、气体分离及光催化等领域中的应用和研究进展;提出了PFSIEM应用与研究开发的方向. The molecular structure and microstructure model of perfluorosulfonic acid ion- exchange membrane (PFSIEM) are described. Especially, “three-phase” structure, “sandwich” model and ion clusters net structure model of perfluorosulfonic acid ion-exchange resin (PFSIER) are discussed. The application and research progress of PFSIEM in the chlor- alkali electrolysis, direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC), proton exchanged membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), pervaporation, gas separation and photo - catalysis are reviewed in detail. The directions of the application and research of PFSIEM were suggested. Besides, the modification of PFSIEM, the development of new PFSIEM materials and the regeneration and reuse of disposable PFSIEM will be further investigated in the near future.
