摘要
依据二相厌氧的理论,设计并启动酸化反应器,用啤酒废水处理的厌氧活性污泥接种驯化,采用化学法与容积负荷控制相结合的方法进行反应器的启动实验,实验中测得各阶段COD的变化及COD的去除效率。得到了二相厌氧反应器分相启动的方法和基本条件。从实验结果可以看出:在pH值4.5~6.0,温度在27±2℃;有机负荷从1 kg/m3.d^10 kg/m3.d缓慢增加的条件下,厌氧产酸反应器的启动比较容易。利用色谱-质谱联动仪分析厌氧产酸反应器进出水质的特性。结果表明:经厌氧酸化反应后,有机物的种类没有减少,相反增加了许多小分子的水解、酸化反应的中间产物,产酸反应器将大分子难降解化合物降解为易降解的酸性小分子化合物,可生化性有所提高。
Based on two-phrase anaerobic theory, an acidity reactor has been designed with incubation of anaerobic activated sludge from beer wastewater anaerobic treatment, and reclamation of the microorganism. Experiment was carried out for 35 days and the exchange of CODcr & CODcr removal efficiency in each process was obtained. In this experiment, how the temperature, pH & organic loading affect acidity reactor starting were studied. All the results show that the better condition is at pH:4.5 -6.0; temperature:27℃±2℃ ; organic loading: lkg/m^3. d-10kg/m^3·d. In starting time, the VFA become more. The waste water with high concentration is carefully analyzed by the GC-MS. The results obtained in the experiment show that byproducts of hydrolyzation and acidification increase instead of the reduction of organic matters'sort, and at the same time that the number and the amount of compounds in the eventual processed water are apparently reduced in that acid-producing reactor may decomposed compounds with great molecule into those with small molecule and accordingly improve the biologically processing ability.
