摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎(AVM)的临床疗效。方法:136例AVM患者随机分为3组:对照组给予常规西医治疗;治疗Ⅰ组给予扶正解毒汤和常规西药治疗;治疗Ⅱ组给予黄芪注射液和常规西药治疗。均3周为1个疗程,观察各组临床疗效、心电图、心功能等改善情况。结果:经过3周治疗后,治疗Ⅰ组总有效率为89.58%,治疗Ⅱ组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为77.50%,治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ组总有效率明显高于对照组(P均<0.01)。治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组心电图改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05)。两治疗组治疗后心功能改善,左心室射血分数(LVEF)均高于对照组(P均<0.05)和本组治疗前(P均<0.05)。结论:中药扶正解毒汤、黄芪注射液治疗AVM疗效确切,可作为中西医结合治疗AVM安全而有效的方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficiency of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine （TCM WM） in treating acute viral myocarditis （AVM）. Methods： One hundred and thirty- six patients with AVM were randomly divided into three groups. The patients in treatment group I received the treatment of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction （扶正解毒汤） and conventional western medicine. The patients in treatment group Ⅱ received the treatment of Huangqi injection （黄芪注射液） and conventional western medicine. The control group only received the treatment of conventional western medicine. The therapeutic course was 3 weeks in all the groups. The clinical curative effects, the improvement of electrocardiography （ECG） and cardiac function were observed. Results： After 3 -weeks of treatment, the total effective rates were 89.58%, 93.75% and 77.50%, respectively, in the treatment group Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and the control group, and they were higher in the two treatment groups than that in the control group （both P 〈 0. 01）. The improvement of ECG was significant in treatment group I compared to those in the treatment group Ⅱ and the control group （P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）. In the two treatment groups, the cardiac function was improved and left ventricular ejection fraction increased significantly after treatment compared to those before treatment and those in the control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Both Fuzheng Jiedu decoction and Huangqi injection are effective in improving the clinical symptoms of AVM. Fuzheng Jiedu decoction or Huangqi injection is a safe and effective method of TCM WM for treatment of AVM.
