摘要
选用性能优良的Lanaset系列染料对丝、毛以及丝/毛织物进行染色,探讨丝/毛混纺织物染色工艺参数对丝和毛之间色差等染色性能的影响,并通过正交试验确定实现同色性的最佳染色工艺:pH值4、染色温度80℃、硫酸铵10%、元明粉10 g/L、保温时间50 min。
Silk, wool and silk/wool blended fabrics were dyed with Lanaset serial dyes, and the effect of dyeing process conditions on the color difference between silk and wool of the dyeing was studied. The optimal union dyeing process has been determined through orthogonal experiment, i.e. pH = 4, with 10 % of ammonium sulfate, and 10 g/L of sodium sulfate, at 80 ℃ for 50 min.
