摘要
从制备工艺、力学性能、生物相容性和临床应用等方面介绍了各类羟基磷灰石(HAP)复合骨替代材料的研究现状,分析了它们的特点和在实际应用中存在的主要问题,并展望了其未来的发展趋势。
This paper reviews various hydroxyapatite bone replacement composites in terms of fabrication, mechanical properties, biocompatibility and clinical performance; analyzes their characteristics as well as main problems in their practical applications;discusses their developing trend.
