摘要
医药化工废水作为一种高浓度、难降解有机废水,其预处理效果直接影响到最终出水水质。本文以对硝基苯甲酸废水为处理对象,采用先进的O3-ClO2二级氧化工艺技术进行预处理,结果表明:对原水CODcr浓度为10960mg/L,经二级预氧化处理后,CODcr去除率在75%左右,废水BOD5/CODcr由原来的0.1提高到0.46,极大地改善了废水的生化性能,为后续的生物降解打下了良好的基础。
The medical & chemical wastewater is a high concentraction and hatractale organic wastewater.The last effluent is directly influenced by the pretreatment.The secondary oxidation tecbalology of O3-CIO2 was used to pretreat paranitrobenzoic acid wastewater.The results show that when the chemical oxygen demand (CODα) was 10 960mg/L, CODα, removal rate is about 75% ,the ratio of BOD5/CODα, is increased from 0.1 to 0.46.The process can improve biodegradability of the wastewater.
