当今社会已进入体验经济时期,白酒的消费习惯也随之发生了变化。消费者对现有的白酒香型模式逐渐淡化,而突出的是卫生、健康、醇爽、舒适的要求;追求的是高品质的名优白酒。白酒生产企业应重视这一消费观念的变化,充分重视白酒的内在质量,使其达到至高境界。保持和发扬传统工艺,结合应用现代科学技术,追求白酒风格的个性化,香味的复合化,酒度的系列化,价格的层次化,以满足消费者常品常新的需求变化。(陶然)
Liquor consumption custom has been changing with rapid social development.The increasing requirement of high quality liquor among consumers brings forward higher standards on liquor sanitation, liquor health functions, and liquor comfort. On the other hand, consumers put less attention to liquor flavor types gradually. Liquor-making enterprises should attach great importance to liquor quality according to such liquor consumption custom change by the following approaches :inheritance and further development of traditional liquor production techniques with the combination of modem scientific techniques;pursuit of liquor style individualization,liquor flavor compounding,liquor alcoholicity serialization, and liquor price gradation to meet consumers' requirements.
