光纤电压互感器的设计及应用

摘要 光纤电压互感器利用LED的线性电光转换原理,克服了传统的电磁式互感器的缺点,实现了高低压侧电与磁的隔离及对电能质量的全面监控。针对电网频率的不稳定,采用插值算法校正频域误差,利用PC机的数据处理软件校正各次谐波的频率、幅值及相位。该互感器与PC机配合,可完成电力系统的谐波分析、鉴相、功率因数及有功、无功功率的分析计算。 By the application of the principle of linear transition between electricity and light of LED, optical fiber voltage transformer overcomes the shortcomings of traditional electromagnetic transformer, and realizes the insulating of electricity and magnetism between high and low voltage sides, the monitoring for power quality. In the paper in view of the instability of the frequency of power net, the interpolation algorithm and data processing software were applied to correct the frequency and frequency error, amplitude and phase of all harmonic waves. And the transformer can carried out the analysis and calculation of harmonic, phase discrimination, power factor, active and reactive power together with PC.
