摘要
加强大学生心理健康教育,既是时代发展的迫切需要,也是大学生发自内心的迫切要求,为了提高大学生心理健康教育的针对性和有效性,通过大学生心理健康教育课程教学研究表明,开设心理健康教育课程应成为大学生心理健康教育的主渠道,通过学校心理健康教育的正面引导,提高大学生的心理素质,并构建高校心理健康教育课程模式。
It＇ s not only the urgent needs of the times, but also the urgent needs of college students to enhance the mental healthy education for college students. In order to improve the college students the aim and effective of mental healthy education, the research on the teaching of the course--college students＇ mental healthy education indicates that setting up the course of mental healthy education should become the main way for the mental healthy education for college students. Under the positive guide of the mental healthy education of the college, the college students improve their mental quality, and the colleges and universities build the course mode of mental healthy education.
