摘要
根据工业项目土地集约利用的内涵、影响因素及发展模式,提出以价格、交易方式为代表的土地供应市场化机制以及土地投资强度对于集约用地的双轮驱动;给出各地完善土地投资强度的统计数据、理论测算方法以及综合取值等建议;通过各部门密切配合、改进配套工作、健全技术与财富评价指标等,为中国集约用地的模式升级、结构优化奠定基础。
Abstract: Based on the significance, influencing factor and development pattem of industrial project land intensive use, the paper brings forward double-wheel drive of land supply market mechanism and land investment intensity to intensive land use, represented by price and transaction mode, makes some suggestions on statistic data, theoretical measuring method and general value for perfecting land investment intensity; through close coordination, improving collaboration and perfecting technique and property evaluating indicator of all departments, which lays a foundation for pattem upgrading and structural optimization of land intensive use in our country.
