摘要
目的:探讨个体化阶段性营养支持在治疗重症急性胰腺炎中的地位。方法:将1997年我院收治的100例重症急性胰腺炎病人随机分为两组,全胃肠外营养(TPN)组50例及个体化阶段性营养(个体化)组50例,比较并分析两组的治疗效果。结果:个体化组总并发症、导管并发症、二重感染、肝功能损害、腹腔感染发生率及住院费用,均明显低于TPN组(P<0.05);个体化组恢复经口进食时间及住院时间显著短于TPN组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化阶段性营养支持可以改善重症急性胰腺炎病人的营养状况,是治疗重症急性胰腺炎理想的营养支持方式。
Objective: To investigate the role of individualized stage nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods: 100 patients with SAP treated in our hospital since 1997 were at random divided into two groups, total parenteral nutrition group( TPN-group ,50 cases) and individualized stage nutrition group (individualization group ,50 cases). The curative effects and complications were analyzed between two groups. Results: The incidences of total complications, incubation complication, superinfection, hepatic function injury, abdominal cavity infection and hospitalization cost in individualization group were significantly lower than those in TPN-group(P 〈0.05 ). Durations of restoring oral intake and hospitalization in individualization group were obviously shorter than those in TPN-group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Individualized stage nutrition, which has the advantages of less complications, shorter hospitalization time and less hospitalization cost, can ameliorate the nutritional status of the patients with SAP. It is a more reasonable nutritional method to treat SAP.
