纳米羟基磷灰石复合胶原材料骨膜下引导成骨及可吸收性的研究 被引量:9

Absorbability and bone-conductivity of nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen composite implanted under the calvarial periosteum

摘要 目的:定量观察纳米羟基磷灰石复合胶原材料(nHAC)在骨膜下的成骨高度及可吸收速度,为其应用于萎缩牙槽嵴加高术提供可靠的数据依据。方法:免颅骨骨膜下埋植nHAC于不同时间点取材,常规标本制作后,用显微测微尺C5型网格,采用“数点法”测量各时间点标本中新骨形成的高度及材料的剩余量,并和羟基磷灰石(HA)组对比。结果:术后12周时nHAC组新骨形成的高度为2.63mm,材料剩余量占原植入材料的53.2%,被吸收的材料量占46.8%。结论:nHAC在骨膜下引导新骨生成的同时可以被吸收。 Objective :To study the bone-conductivity and absorbability of nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen (nHAC) composite implanted under the calvarial periosteum in rabbits. Methods:24 nHAC samples and 24 HA samples were prepaired in the shape of round disk with the diameter of 8 mm and thickness of 3 mm. nHAC samples were implanted under ealvarial periosteum on the left side and HA samples on the right of 24 rabbits. The bone-conductivity and absorbability of the samples were examined hy new hone height measuring and residual implant materia measuring 2, 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation. Results:2,4,8 and 12 weeks after implantation new bone height(ram) in nHAC group was 0.54±.009,0.72±+0. 12, 1.83±0.14 and 2.63±0.07, that in HA group 0. 13 ± 0.11 ,0.31± 0.12, 1.23±0.05 and 1.75±. 14,respectively(P〈0.01);the ratio(%) of residual nHAC was 95.2±0.7,77.8±0.6,61.3 ±0.1 and 53.2±0.3,that of HA 99.3±0.5,96.1±0.7,93.3±0.5 and 91.4±0.9,respectively(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Bone conductivity and absobability of nHAC are greater than those of HA.
