摘要
本文运用计量方法,建立了技术创新对中国高技术产品出口影响的计量分析模型。分析结果显示:科技活动经费内部支出因素对高技术产品出口具有负影响;R&D投入强度和科技活动人员因素对高技术产品出口有一定的影响,但不显著;相对而言,人均拥有专利申请数因素对高技术产品出口的影响较为显著,但拉动能力不大。这说明技术创新还没有在促进中国高技术产品出口增长方面发挥应有的作用。
This paper provides an econometric analysis on the effect of technological innovation on the exportation of high-tech products made in China. The result shows that the factor of intramural expenditure on S＆T activities has a negative effect on the exportation of high-tech products; the R＆D intensity and the factor of S＆T personnel affect it very slightly; the factor of patent application impacts it the most, but also does not favor it greatly. Analytical results show that technological innovation has not played a very positive role so far in the exportation of high-tech products made in China as expected.
