摘要
全面、客观、公正地评价企业经营者综合绩效是企业经营者选拔、激励机制的建立与完善的重要事实标准及客观依据。对企业经营者绩效评价就是对其任务绩效和周边绩效的评价。构建企业经营者任务绩效评价和周边绩效评价模型,提出相应的评价方法.并结合重庆市的支柱产业进行实证研究,可解决因偏重于任务绩效评价而忽视周边绩效的评价所导致的结果失真问题,以及由此而产生的一些不良后果,进而为委托者作出选拔聘任决策、企业经营者激励机制的建立与完善提供重要的事实标准及客观的依据。

And it supports important truth criterion and objective basis for consigners to make decision on selection, employment and construction and improvement of incentive mechanism.
