摘要
讨论计算流体力学在铸造生产中的应用,认为新发展的连续统一模型可使凝固模拟更接近实际;可通过凝固过程流场模拟来预测铸锭中的宏观偏析;推荐采用的自适应压力迭代法有利于计算速度的提高。流场模拟在我国是需要进一步发展的工作,作者对此提出了一些看法。
This paper discusses the application of numeric fluid dynamics in casting processes. It' s considered that the new developed continuum model can make solidification simulation more approach to actual process. Macrosegregation can now be predicted by the fluid modelling during solidification. The recommended adaptive pressure iteration method contributes to acceleration of calculation. It is believed that fluid simulation in China is a challenging work hence some of his own views.
