横向双光束调制热透镜理论模型

A model for modulated crossed-beam thermal lens spectrometry

摘要 提出了光强调制的横向双光束热透镜理论模型.利用积分变换法给出了样品内温度分布函数的表达式以及由温度场导致的探测光束在样品内的附加相位差.结合菲涅耳衍射理论,推导出热透镜信号表达式,并进行了数值计算与讨论. A new theoretical model for modulated cw laser excitation dual-beam thermal lens spectrometry was presented. By using a technique based on integral transformations, the explicit expressions for laser induced temperature distribution function and the phase shift of the probe beam in the sample were given by Fresnel diffraction theory, the result was proved to suitable for mode-matched and mode-mismatched dual beam thermal lens.
