摘要
通过对核心竞争力理论的简述,分析了图书馆核心竞争力的内涵及其衡量标准,提出知识管理是提高图书馆核心竞争力的战略途径,同时阐述了实施知识管理提高图书馆核心竞争力的具体措施。
Briefly described in this paper are the theory of core competitiveness, and the connotations and standards of library core competitiveness. The author proposed that knowledge management is the ways of raising the library core competitiveness and the concrete measures for raising the core competitiveness via knowledge management.
