摘要
目的:建立通光藤中C21甾体糖苷成分的含量测定方法,为通光藤药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:样品用甲醇提取,经ADS-7大孔吸附树脂纯化,以通光藤苷-H为对照品,浓硫酸-甲醇(4:1)显色,在325nm处测定通光藤中C2l甾体糖苷含量。结果:在10,6~148,4μg吸光度与含量成良好线性关系,r=0.9999(n=6),3个含量的加样回收率分别为95.4%,97.7%,96.9%,RSD〈2.4%(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好,可以作为通光藤药材质量评价的定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish a quantitative method to deter mine C21 steroidal glycosides in Marsdenia tenacissima. Method: Methanol was used as the extraction solvent and the samples were purified by macroporons resin ADS-7. A mixture of sulfuric acid-methanol (4:1 )was used as color-producing reagent. The absorbance was measured at 325 nm. Result: There is a good linearity ( r = 0.999 9, n = 6) within the range of 10.6-148.4/μg. The average recoveries of tenacissoside-H at different concentrations were 95.8% to 97.1% with RSD less than 2.4% ( n = 5). Conduslon: This method is reliable as a quantitative analytical method for the quality assessment of M. tenacissima.
