摘要
本文分析了一种采用光波长编码方式工作的机载光纤位移传感器工作原理,针对其中的变栅距光栅的栅距变化规律进行了理论研究,介绍了栅距变化按等差级数、等比级数和幂级数逼近规律变化等四种情况;证明栅距变化规律为等比级数时,位移与一级衍射光中心波长呈简单的线性关系,是理想的栅距变化规律;最后探讨了各种栅距变化规律下由光波长推算位移的方法。
The working principle fiber optic displacement sensor ts of a wavelength encoding analyzed, and research of the law of regular distributions of varied-line space grating is made. Distribution variations by arithmetical progression, geometric progression and power series are displayed respectively and the finding is obtained that the desirable distribution occurs when linear relation appears between displacement and central wavelength of first-degree diffraction. At last, methods to calculate displacement based on wavelength are discussed in the case of these types of distribution.
