人因综合安全评估(FSA)方法在海洋结构物事故中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 将人作为系统的一个部分研究其对系统安全性产生的影响,是风险评估中不可回避的问题。本文把人为因素作为海洋结构物事故中一个分系统,利用综合评估的方法对其进行研究,系统分析了海洋结构物事故中人为失误的各种原因,并提出了人为因素综合安全评估中有待解决和值得关注的问题。 In order to reduce the risk of the human factor, it is necessary to consider the human factor scientifically and study the human effects on the system security. This paper, regarding the human factor as a subsystem of offshore structure accidents, analyses and studies the factor scientifically and systematically by using the approach of formal safety assessment. More importantly, after fully analyzing the causes of human errors, a number of problems are forwarded for further research.
