摘要
将耐火质废料按混凝土生产中集料的要求,制成不同级配的粗、细集料和粉料,使用普通硅酸盐水泥作为胶结料配制强度等级为C25且耐热性能要求达到500℃的混凝土,通过试配和调整并根据相应的标准和规范的要求进行性能测试,表明耐火质废料作集料配制500℃耐热混凝土能达到规范和生产使用的性能要求。
According to requirement for aggregate in concrete manufacture, waste firebrick are made into different measurements and made up 500℃ heat-resistant and C25 strength grade concrete by mixing ordinary portland cement together. After experimenting, adjusting and testing by relevant standards, it shows that heat-resistant concrete by utilizing waste firebrick as aggregate can satisfy requirement for capacity of standards and manufacture.
