摘要
经过对石羊河流域近45年的降水、径流、地下水等水文要素及水资源分布特点与演变趋势的分析,得出以下结论:降水呈不显著的增加趋势;干流出山径流量略有减少;地下水位呈逐年下降趋势。针对石羊河中下游地区社会经济持续发展对水资源的需求与生态环境问题突出的现状,提出了生态环境保护的建议。
Some conclusions about Shiyanghe river basin such as unapparent increasing of precipitation, appreciably decreasing of mountain run-off and continually decreased of groundwater are acquired by the research about 45 years historical hydrologic element and water resources distributing characteristics. Some advices about eco-environment protection are proposed based on the water resources demand about society and economy development of the lower reaches area and the actuality of obvious eco-environment problems.
