摘要
使用基于固体力学的有限元方法模拟了不同压紧力作用下,搅拌摩擦焊接过程中焊接构件材料的三维流动过程。作为搅拌摩擦焊接工艺的重要参数,压紧力的变化会影响到搅拌摩擦焊接中靠近焊缝中心线材料的流动情况。在搅拌摩擦焊接工艺当中,材料的等效塑性应变可以对应于焊接构件的微结构分布情况。压紧力的变化仅仅会影响搅拌区内的等效塑性应变分布,并且在搅拌区内,压紧力的变化和等效塑性应变的变化具有准线性的关系。
The 3D flow in friction stir welding was simulated by using finite element method based on solid mechanics. A good correlation between the equivalent plastic strain and the microstructure zones was found. The load on the pin had an effect on the distributions of the equivalent plastic strain only in the nugget zone and the change of the load had a quasi-linear relation with the change of the equivalent plastic strain. The change of the load could only affect the flow near the welding line in the friction stir process.
