摘要
建立HPLC法测定了复方甘草合剂中甘草苷的含量.以Shim-pack CLC-DOS 150mm×4.6mm(5μm)为分析柱,乙腈-0.5 醋酸(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为276nm,采用外标法定量测定.结果表明,甘草苷在5～25μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);其高、中、低3个量的平均回收率分别为99.57%、99.41%、98.76%,RSD分别为0.46%、0.72%、0.69%(n=6).本方法简便可靠,重现性好,可作为复方甘草合剂质量控制方法.
A method for determination of liquirtin in Licorice Mixture Compounds by HPLC was established. Shim-pack CLC-Dos 150mm × 4.6mm（5μm） was used, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.5 % acetic acid（15：85）. The detection wavelength was at 276nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. The results showed that the linear range was obtained between 5 - 25μg·ml^-1 （r = 0. 9998） and the average recovery was 99.57 %, 99.41%, 98.76 % respectively with corresponding RSD of 0.46 %, 0.72 %, 0.69 % （n = 6）. This method was simple, convenient, and was appropriate to control the quality of Licorice Mixture Compounds.
