摘要
目的探讨肌力平衡加软组织松解术治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的疗效。方法将胫骨前肌附丽点外移于第三楔骨或骰骨内侧,跟腱延长,跖筋膜切断,足内侧韧带松解,石膏固定矫形。结果用Laavge评定法:优良率达94.2%。结论肌力平衡加软组织松解术治疗先天性马蹄内翻足手术操作简便,疗效满意。
Objective To study the curative effects about treating the congenital clubfoot with dynamic muscle - balance and soft tissues release operation, Methods The tibialis anterior tendon is transferred to the third cuneiform or inside cuhoid, achilles tendon extension, metatarsal aponeurosis cut, insidefoot ligaments release, plaster orthotherapy. Results It is evaluated by Laavge. Excellent and good results have been obtained in 94.2 %. Conclusion Treating the congenital clubfoot with dynamic muscle - balance and soft tissues release operation. Operating is handy, effect is satisfied.
