摘要
传统的比较优势不能保证中国出口的可持续发展,而竞争优势是国际竞争力的保证。本文从战略性贸易政策的局限出发,探讨了要素补贴和中国的世界品牌打造的问题,并指出政府应该努力营造有利的社会经济环境。
The traditional comparative advantage can't guarantee the sustainable development of China's export and it is the competitive edge that really counts in the process of the global competition. Given the limitations of the strategic policy, two pertinent issues: factors subsidies and the establishment of China's world-renowned brands, are then discussed and some suggestions are put forward.
